Fuveau - airport: Marseille (35 min), TGV: Aix-en-Provence (15 min)
Total relaxation! Marseille is not exactly the city to expect some peace and quietness. I quickly drove through it and got annoyed by all noise and the many cars. But fortunately - within short distance there is an oasis of piece: a castle on a golf course. Also a great suggestion for the non-golfers.

On the way from airport or TGV trainstation to the castle, delicious food, nice outside terrace - and if you really had tóo much to drink it is also a reasonably prices basic hotel.
