When purchasing a voucher, after payment you will automatically receive an extensive document via email and the vouchers per regular mail. These documents cannot be returned.
If due to any technical problems, you do not receive the document and voucher, please contact us.
Refunds
Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
